The easiest dessert that will get you out of trouble when having unexpected guests! The best part of this recipe is the small list of ingredients and the short time to prepare it. It can be served both warm and cold!
- 1 package store-bought pudding powder – any flavor is perfect!
- 4-5 table spoons powdered sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 6-8 tea biscuits
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Mix the pudding powder and sugar and add 5 table spoons of milk. The rest of the milk add into a pot and bring to boil. Prepare 4 dessert glasses, if you don’t have any at hand you can also use whisky glasses. Once the milk is boiling, add the vanilla mixture in and stir constantly until it all comes together. Add 1 biscuit at the bottom of each glass and 2 tablespoons of the pudding. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. Top with chocolate chips to taste.
Serve both warm and cold depending on your preferences. Double the recipe for 4 more servings.
