- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
Rinse the chicken breasts and soak them in water for at least half an hour to an hour. Drain and wipe the chicken before you start. Once you prepare your baking pan, put parchment paper in as the sugar will stick on your pan while baking and it will be very hard to take it off later. Pound the chicken with a rolling pin or meat mallet to an even thickness – this will help it bake as evenly as possible. Put on some olive oil, season, flip to the other side and repeat.
Bake in preheated oven on 200C for about 25 minutes.
And there you have it – the juiciest chicken breast you have ever prepared!
