Grandma’s Cake

The Cake that will bring all the childhood memories back to life!

We’ve all had this childhood moments of our grandma baking or cooking a meal for us that has stamped our minds for life. Surely, the smell of a cake baking in the oven is one of the things that triggers memories the most for me.

With this being said, I’d love to share some childhood classics with you straight from my grandmother’s cook book and I promise you, you will not regret a single bite of it!

Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 300g granulated sugar
  • 300g plain yoghurt
  • 45g sunflower oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Baking time: 30-35 min
  • Bake in preheated oven on 180 C
