Cloud Bread Sandwiches – Low Carb Recipe



  • 80g full fat cream cheese
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Baking time: 20-25 min
  • Bake in preheated oven on 150C



First, make sure your eggs are at room temperature. Seperate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add the baking powder to the the egg whites and beat them until stiff peaks. In the mean time mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese. Once your egg whites are ready, with a spatula slowly incorporate them into the egg yolk cream cheese mixture. In a baking tray lay parchment paper and with a spoon lay in 8 circles of the batter.

Bake in preheated oven on 150C for 20-25 minutes.

Serve for lunch or dinner instead of bread or make wonderful low-carb sandwiches for lunch at work.
